Sub-Committee Descriptions

The Welcome Committee is designed to help greet concert goers and get them to their designated seating sections and tables.
The Vendor Committee coordinates with all vendors and food trucks to provide the best experience for concert guests.
The set up committee is tasked with coordinating with all in kind sponsors to ensure the concert has what it needs donated to make the event successful.
The Security Sub-Committee will work with hired police officers and unarmed security team to make sure the concert venue is safe and secured during the event.
The Raffle Committee assists with the set up and sale of annual concert raffle to fund fully trained service dog.
Parking Committee members will plan out and facilitate parking plan for Concert in the Country.
The Merchandise Committee will prepare and set up all merchandise to be sold at Concert in the Country.
The Membership Committee helps to manage committee points, awards and benefits.
The Hospitality Sub-Committee helps to get meals for volunteers donated. They also provide a set up and ensure each volunteer gets fed and has proper hydration and refreshment throughout the concert.
The HOH subcommittee will facilitate the collection and preparation for the honor our hero’s segment at the concert and USO dinner. They will also assist in preparing the live and silent auction items for the event as well as hospitality for stage crew.
The Green Room Sub-Committee will set up, decorate and run the green room during the concert. They will also fulfill artist green room riders and get supplies donated for artist meals and refreshments.
The Front Gate Sub-Committee is designed to oversee the guest check in an purchase of tickets at entrance of the concert.
The Cook Off Sub-Committee plans and facilitates the Concert in the Country BBQ Cook Off.
